Week 5:

Lifestyle changes you can make to better your health. The focus will be on diet, movement, sleep, and self care.

Week 6:

10 minute recap of Week 5 and Q and A. You can ask me any questions you had from week 5 or any other questions that have. We will also have a recap of the whole program and a group share closing ritual.
